Over the past several years, we have been recognized both locally and nationally for our hard work and dedication in providing North American organizations superior IT solutions and IT staffing services. This recognition is no accident. V-Soft employees and their tireless efforts have earned us a number of awards, but it also shows that our industry peers, consultants, and clients have repeatedly recognized V-Soft’s dedication to excellence.
MBDA MINORITY INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY FIRM OF THE YEAR
Awarded by the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) as a part of the Annual Minority Enterprise Awards, this award is the highest level of national recognition that a U.S.-based, minority-owned firm can receive from the U.S. Department of Commerce. The awards celebrate outstanding achievements by minority entrepreneurs, as well as individuals and organizations that have demonstrated their commitment to advancing minority business enterprises.
CLEARLYRATED BEST OF STAFFING TALENT SATISFACTION AWARD
Previously known as the Inavero Award, the best talent service staffing agencies achieved an average Net Promoter Score® of 63 percent, almost double the industry average for staffing and recruiting agencies. Winners secured a Best of Staffing® Talent Award by obtaining at least a 50 percent Net Promoter Score® indicating exceptionally high levels of job candidate service within the staffing industry.
CLEARLYRATED BEST OF STAFFING CLIENT SATISFACTION AWARD
Previously known as the Inavero Award, the best client service staffing agencies achieved an average Net Promoter Score® of 68 percent, with clients 2.5 times more likely to be completely satisfied. Winners secured a Best of Staffing ® Client Award by obtaining at least 50 percent Net Promoter Score® indicating exceptionally high levels of client service within the staffing industry.
CLEARLYRATED BEST OF STAFFING EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AWARD
With a long track record of recognizing firms in the staffing industry for exceptional client and placed talent satisfaction scores, 2021 became the first year that ClearlyRated surveyed internal stakeholders to weigh employee satisfaction levels against the rest of the industry. Winners of Best of Staffing for Employee Satisfaction earned this recognition based exclusively on ratings provided by internal staff and by obtaining at least a 50 percent Net Promoter Score®.
BEST PLACES TO WORK IN KENTUCKY
The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. This is the fifth year V-Soft has received this distinction.
BEST PLACES TO WORK IN LOUISVILLE
Administered in partnership with Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum Workplace, this award is based off of results of an internal employee survey regarding workplace policies, office conditions, management styles, morale and more.

Administered in partnership with Quantum Workplace, this award is based off of results of an internal employee survey regarding areas such as senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition and benefits.
GREAT PLACE TO WORK CERTIFIED IN INDIA
The Great Place to Work certification is one of the most prestigious achievements for organizations across the globe. To get certified, 70% or more of employees must rate the organization as a great workplace through an employee engagement survey. More than 4,000 companies are assessed annually for this certification and around 850 are certified each year.
SIA’s Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms
Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, releases an annual list of qualified, diversity-owned staffing firms. The 2022 list included a total of 192 staffing firms. A report by SIA found that 71% of large firms that use staffing services had a program for diversity suppliers in place during 2021 and 26% planned to put one in place within the next two years.
SIA’s LARGEST U.S. STAFFING FIRMS
Founded in 1989, SIA is the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. Their proprietary research covers all categories of employed and non-employed work, including temporary staffing, independent contracting and other types of contingent labor. Ranked by revenue, their report covers firms that generated at least $100 million in U.S. staffing revenue in the previous year.
SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing
The Global Power 150 list is a way to recognize women in leadership positions and to increase visibility for the important contributions women have made across the industry. From CEOs and entrepreneurs to division heads, technologists, workforce specialists, operational experts and legal professionals, the 2020 honorees have helped to shape a $498 billion global staffing industry while paving the way for a more equitable future of work.
TECHSERVE ALLIANCE EXCELLENCE AWARD
TechServe Alliance serves as the voice of the industry before policymakers and the national and trade press. To ensure independent and unbiased consideration of all applications, TechServe Alliance engaged leading staffing industry research firm Inavero to collect the data, tabulate and validate the results.

BUSINESS FIRST FAST 50 GROWING COMPANIES
Business First annually recognizes the fastest growing privately held companies in the Greater Louisville area. Each year 50 companies are selected based upon their average percentage growth and V-Soft has been on the list for a decade now. I guess you could say when you do right for customers they tend to spread the word.
LOUISVILLE’S LARGEST WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES
Every year, Louisville Business First recognizes Louisville’s Largest Women-Owned Businesses. The information for each business listed is obtained from representatives of the company. Companies must be 51% women-owned, headquartered in Louisville and within Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, and Shelby counties in Kentucky and Clark, Floyd, and Harrison counties in Indiana.
LARGE BUSINESS DIVERSITY CHAMPION AWARD
This award recognizes companies for their significant contributions to the advancement of the region through diversity initiatives and inclusion efforts. Criteria considered in selecting the winners include diversity initiatives, effectiveness; spend with diverse companies and applicability/replicability.
