LOUISVILLE, KY.
V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. has announced the completion of the acquisition of Lintex Computer Group and Lintex Global Staffing (Lintex) located in Toronto, Canada effective August 1, 2018.
Lintex is an established and well-known provider of IT staffing services in Toronto which is Canada’s largest business hub. The company has been in business for over 35 years providing IT consultants to enterprise and government customers for specialized technology services.
Lintex through its acquisition by V-Soft will be able to offer expanded levels of services to its existing customers including software development and advanced technology solutions.

This is V-Soft’s first international acquisition. The move expands the V-Soft footprint in North America. The growing IT staffing and technology company has 9 offices in the United States, 1 in Canada and 2 in India.
