TORONTO, ONTARIO — V-Soft Consulting has established a wholly-owned subsidiary located in Toronto, Canada operating under the name of V-Soft Consulting Canada, Inc.

This location will serve as a foundation in providing IT services and staffing to the great Toronto area.

Several of V-Soft’s existing US-based customers have an immediate need for technical staffing and business solutions services in Canada and they requested that V-Soft expand its current operation to Canada. In addition to servicing existing US clients, over the next several months V-Soft anticipates beginning a service offering for Canadian-based companies.
