It's that time of year again and here at V-Soft we're excited to be planning our 2nd annual charity golf scramble. Even more exciting is the opportunity to support this year a truly deserving organization in the "Brave Hearts" of Kosair Children's Hospital.

About the Brave Hearts

For us the Brave Hearts are just that. Brave children and their families who have been tasked with enduring the challenges of being born with complex congenital heart defects. Often having to undergo numerous surgeries, too many to count visits to Dr.s, and a heart transplant or numerous other related medical issues these families endure more than most of us can fathom.

About the V-Soft Cares Annual Charity Golf Scramble

This event stems from a personal directive via our President, Purna Veer. Purna understands the importance of giving back and it really comes from his heart to help those that may benefit from V-Soft's charitable efforts.

For V-Soft Cares inaugural charity golf scramble in 2014 Purna chose Autism Speaks to support. V-Soft Cares was able to raise $3,600 for Autism Speaks that year. This year we hope to raise the bar to $5,000 for the Brave Hearts with a silent auction and more sponsorship opportunities.

This year for 2015 we're making it an invite only event with V-Soft sponsoring the golf and prizes and the event taking place on August 24th. This invite only status means there'll be an exclusive list of community & business leaders joining us this year, over 80 of them in 20+ teams. The only thing we'll ask is for the participants to participate in a raffle and silent auction to help us raise the bar for these Brave Heart families.

How You Can Join Us

There really is an option for every budget to join V-Soft Cares in supporting these Brave Hearts.

Silver Sponsors: We still have an opening for a silver sponsor to enjoy being front and center supporting the Brave Hearts with us.

Bronze Sponsors: Currently there're 2 spots open for Bronze sponsors to participate and support this worthwhile event.

Lunch & Dinner Sponsors: If you do food and like to have your creations in front of top community leaders please contact us for details.

Hole Sponsorships: We have 12 hole sponsorships still available and for $125 you can't beat the coverage when you also get a sign at the hole and a social media shout out to V-Soft's over 11,000 member audience.

SWAG BAG: All you have to do here is deliver to our offices, or we're happy to pick up, 125 items for placement in our swag bags we'll be handing to participants. Coupons, giveaways, promo items - whatever can fit in our swag bag we're happy to thank our golfers as they bid on silent auction items for a great cause.

Silent Auction items: Have something notable you'd like to donate? We'll be happy to bring anything in for our Brave Hearts. We'll talk about you on social media and every participant will know your company donated to a very worth cause. (Some very special silent auction bidder will win a 2 hour lunch with our President, Purna Veer)

V-Soft Employees

Our family of V-Soft employees are raising money out of their own pockets all summer for these Brave Hearts. Here's a few of the activities we've been doing:

• Chili Cook Off (scheduled for July)
• Weekly Paid Contests
• Traveling to Kosair Children's Hospital meeting with the children and creating unique art work together.
• Spare change donations (V-Soft is a great place to work where we get all the free coffee, bottled or filtered water, and sodas we can drink so we offer our spare change into a Brave Hearts collection jar.)
